The Solomillo Iberico is one of the leanest meats we can find. It is a very versatile cut and works well on the barbecue or grill as it cooks quickly and evenly. Grilled medium rare, it has a juicy, tender bite and a full mouth-watering flavor that speaks of its free-range acorn fed source. The Solomillo Iberico is a meat very rich in vitamin B1 and B3, it also has a high content of iron, calcium, protein, potassium and iodine. How to cook Solomillo Iberico
Solomillo Iberico or tenderloin, is the leanest cut. It is very versatile and works well on the barbecue or grill as it cooks quickly and evenly. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes turning frequently and leave to rest before serving.
Before you buy
