Over the many, many years that we have been working with Jamon, we have made friendships with the local Jamon producers so our stock is sent directly to us once the curing process has created a perfect product. If the Jamon is not perfect, they do not send it to us! This for us at The Black Hoof is a labour of love so every product is hand-selected from the best producers to ensure the product is ready to sell to our customers.
