The Black Hoof is excited to bring very limited and appreciated premium cuts of Iberico Pork for sale into the UK from traditional farmers in Spain whose produce is served in the best Spanish Restaurants worldwide.
This pork is farmed and produced with the same enthusiasm and care with which we produce and serve our hams.
Our Iberian Pork comes from authentic free range Iberian pigs fed on acorns, grasses and other natural resources from the Dehesas.
