About me
I have spent the last 20 years promoting and celebrating the Spanish Gastronomy around the world. In the process, I learnt that Iberico Ham is loved all over the world. Now I bring beautiful Tapas to Edinburgh and organize Iberico Ham educating lessons.
Thankfully, I’ve had the pleasure of working with and serving people from all over the world, and it is a beautiful feeling to introduce them to the art of “Jamon Iberico” and contemplate their reactions of awe. I love educating and sharing all the secrets of Jamon!
Now, I’m determined to deliver to the British people a simple way to enjoy this unique product as if they were in Spain; top quality Jamon, hand carved by professionals and at an unbeatable price!
